Perfect for presentation, serving snacks, decorating the kitchen counter, or a last minute gift. This cutting board is made from olive wood burl at least 200 years old. The ends are capped with an Italian Walnut (Noce), also a very hard and durable wood. Finished with a natural mineral oil, and safe for kitchen use.

Olive wood harvested from local Sicilian trees. No trees were cut down for production, rather this wood comes from trees which died in fires or from natural causes. The wood is obtained from friends in the forestry service.
