Quality Italia's newest product line, hand made from local olive wood burl. All olive wood used in the creation of these products is harvested from olive trees previously destroyed by fire or have died from natural causes. This olive wood comes to us from friends who work for the local forestry service. Most of this olive wood originated in the Castelbuono region of Sicily.
