Many years of love for woodworking, as a hobby, led to the desire to make it a full-time passion. Sig. Intravartolo has been creating fine wood products for over 25 years. He has been commissioned by many customers to create a wide range of pieces, specializing in superbly detailed with exacting quality jewelry and keepsake boxes. Born to the craft from an ancestry of carpenters and craftsmen, Sig. Intravartolo practices his art in the small seaside village of Cefalu, Italy. Cefalu is one of Sicily's most toured ancient villages, inspiring the desire to create products with a unique flair using some of Italy's oldest of woodworking techniques.

Sig. Intravartolo spent his working career in the high-tech business world in the United States of America. Degreed in Mechanical Engineering and Software Engineering, as well as presiding over one of America's largest telecom networks for 12 years. Sig. Intravartolo began his career in Motorola, and rose to the level of Director, before venturing on his own entrepreneurial adventure.

Quality Italia's products feature many characteristics of old-world craftsmanship, refined through time and experience, including luxurious hand-rubbed oil finishes. No coloring or wood stain is used in any of the product finishes, rather the natural beauty of the wood is enhanced and captured through the use of oils and waxes, all applied and cared for through time consuming, hand applied techniques.

Quality Italia does not fabricate large lots of any one product, rather opting for perfection in a small amount of pieces, which can be admired by customers as nearly one-of-a-kind.

Special commissioning is available to those customers seeking a piece created to their own needs or wants, and they will receive a true one-of-a-kind work of art.
